I went expecting just to be cleaned out. I can honestly say I received more than what I was expecting. It was a great experience, great energy and service. As soon as I was done I could tell the difference with the bloating that was in my stomach. I highly recommend Sahara for a colonic. When you go please know your blood type (not required) so she can inform you how to eat healthy to stay healthy. I will be returning.
I found this business online and I went last night for a colonics that I typically do after a detox (I had no meat for 7 days). Upon walking in she greeted me like a auntie I haven’t seen in years. The building vibe is very holistic and she took me to a room lit up by a dark light and had a massage chair ready while she prepped the treatment area. Queen is so friendly and she makes you feel right at home. From my initial consultation through to treatment everything was explained to me clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. Coming to see her has truly been one of the best decisions and investments into myself that l've made. To whom ever is reading this review don't wait, just book. I walked out feeling like a NEW me. Bloating gone, fatigue gone, pounds down, and breathing better. I left feeling so clean on the inside , I didn't want to eat anything but air and water. Very knowledgeable and read me like a book. She knew every awful thing I was consuming. Received great advice to start probiotics. I'm not a big water drinker, but I am so motivated for my next appointment :)!!!
This facility is a hidden gem. Seriously! The positive vibe is phenomenal lye staff is professional and knowledgeable. They talked me through each of the services. I felt relaxed and trusted them. After my colonic experience, I felt like a new person internally and had so much energy. This is my first time here...IT WILL NOT BE MY LAST! I'm investing into me and my health.
