Updated post: since getting the pool done there have been constant issues with no answer from Sahara or Chris. One year in lights went out. Two years in the heater randomly kicks on. Not under warranty when the contract said three years. Bull kitchen equipment stopped working again under warranty and NO RESPONSE. Sahara Pools and Construction is an amazing company! They built our pool three years ago, and my family absolutely loves it. We’ve hosted numerous birthday parties and events around it. Do not use them. Our pool is barely two years old and tiles are falling off the side. Also one of the construction managers is a liar. I have so many pictures and videos of how terrible their customer service is. I have communicated with 3 to 4 other pool builders and cleaners that have over 30 years of experience and they all say do not use them. high quality work
We hired Sahara to do some concrete work and build a pergola. It was commissioned Sept 2022 and was supposed to be completed November 2022. We would go weeks without any communication and no one showing up. We had to hound the owner consistently in order to elicit a response. The job ended up not finishing until April 2023. The quality of work is okay, but the delays and poor communication made this a very negative experience. Especially considering the very high price tag for the job ($30k).
