Absolutely atrocious. I cannot believe the people that work here. I have and had the worst and hardest time even getting the appointments scheduled and the team clearly just made a completely hassle out of my time/workday - prevented me from going back to work (which set me back a full year and a half for treatment because according to them it would take too long and they had absolutely no other time slots available up until the time that I had finally gotten a job) - then when I actually got the treatments, none of it was... read more
I transferred here recently to continue Spravato Treatments. This is a great facility. Very friendly and knowledgeable including Makayla. She helps you administer your Spravato. She can answer your questions as well. If you are struggling with Depression It's a great place to get help.
My doctor fired me. Well, actually, he is not a real doctor, as he claims. He went to ASU for two years to get a doctorate; he is not a real doctor or MD, but they make you think he is. He is dangerous. So Tanis is not a doctor—trust me on this; I did major research. When I told him he wasn't a doctor, he went crazy, fired me, and told me to "F off!" I had an emergency with Caplyta the 4th medication that gave me bad side effects. Drunk feeling unsteady walking, headaches, crying non stop, anxiety, non stop wanting to sleep, plus my jaw still wants to grind. My appoint at 1pm tele health didn't happen. No one responded to my emails. Horrible communication and I did n't need to be isolated from getting help. I made a new appointment with a place I went before and they treated me with concern.
They care nothing about you. It's just about your money. They cut me off the day my Medications were gone, You always have to pay a headed of time although theyll cut you off again. How tacky is that, and caring about you. They tried charging me three times what my co pay is. This is why the world is going on crazy. Because the doctors only care about your money, like they don't make enough while wr suffer trying to get better so we can work, they won't help us.
Pill mill. Mediocre docs with prescription pads.
Have had appointment with Chris and he is very good at his job listen to me and helps me with my problems and answers my questions always. Love Cathy from front desk so helpful with getting schedule worked out so I can have my appointment at a set time of my choosing around their schedule and mine.
