I had a very good experience at Sahanro Ayurvedic Wellness Center. I went there because I had back pain, and Dr. Sam Dasanayake quickly understood the issue and explained it clearly to me. The treatment was very helpful, including a relaxing massage for around one and a half hours and a steam bath. After the treatment, I felt much better, and I am still following the advice and treatments recommended by Doctor Sam. After a bad fall which left me with a crooked posture, painful lower back & Sciatic pains shooting from the right side of my hip and down my right leg. Dr. Sam is amazing at diagnosing what is wrong with the body (without you saying a word!) and providing advice on how to move forward to restore health.
Thank you Dr Sam, for all the treatments and your care. I have been attending Sahanro Ayurvedic Centre for the past 5 years and it has been a wonderful journey. Although natural treatments take time, they have genuinely helped me. I feel so much better both physically and mentally and I'm very grateful for the treatments I have received.
