Everyone was so friendly and made sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of, Sahalee is a wonderful no pressure atmosphere, the staff were so patient and made my dog and I feel so welcome and heard.

I called about a Persian cat rescue free adoption advertised on the internet and the lady told me it was a scam and I said how can it be a scam when you don't have thier phone number and kept talking and she hung up on me maybe she needs to be replaced with someone that's more courteous and nice. There was a guy's name by the number I should have asked for him to see if he was there maybe he knew about it she said they don't have any cats for sale.
Recently had my 2 cats seen here, very compassionate staff. They took great care of my furry kids. They go the extra mile.
