Sahaja has a wonderful way of making you feel completely at ease and comfortable while doing both psychological and body work. Her ability to always be present in the moment and provide healing has been a true source of inspiration to me as we have worked through a number of different challenges together. I always look forward to our time together and can’t wait to see what we uncover next.
I have been having kinesiology sessions with Sahaja for the past 17 years, however I recently met a friend who lives nearby and is a kinesiologist. She did a treatment for me which was relaxing and beautiful. However a week later I felt it didn’t quite get to the true cause of the suffering and frustration. Sahaja has taught me that we have an opportunity to gain insight about our lives in many different ways. She has made me understand that we just need to learn how to become better listeners. I was very fortunate to connect with Sahaja in a new online format (something very different for me) - and I loved the experience. You won't find any-one better within this field, in any mode of delivery.
Beware this is powerful stuff!! If you truly want to make changes to how you do life then work with Sahaja. After each sessions with her I have been blown away by the ground we have covered and the changes that have had a huge impact on life, business and overall well being.
