I went and saw Dr. Saha for an anal fissure that I had almost gotten healed. While he was assessing the fissure, he could not find it until he tore it open so much that it started bleeding. He literally said, "Oh! There is the fissure! I can see it now that it is bleeding." He ripped it so bad that it was worse than when I first got it.
