It was our first time dealing with a basement flood, but the crew from SAH were responsive and arrived at my house within a few hours of calling. Throughout the process they were professional, courteous, and very helpful. They were communicative and kept us in the loop of what they were doing. They worked late into the night even though they came from other floods and have other floods to get to after us in order to get the initial flood cleared out as soon as possible.
