I received a terrible service. I've never in my life experienced such an unprofessional service! This place is terrible at conducting business. She told me to come in and then stated in front of an entire shop that she wouldn't be charging me for taking down the braids that they had done that was completely opposite of what i paid for. and when i decided to get legal help, she lied saying i left with out paying for a service she is a complete con artist. From the time I arrived to my appointment to when I was done with my hair, I had a great experience. The braiders are very professional and caring. Mrs. Joel is delightful. She makes sure you like what you see. Every steps of my hair being braided, she always asked me “do you like what you see?” I love my hair and I highly recommend her if you like a peaceful place with professional braiders. if i could give zero stars i would my hair was not what i asked for at all and i spent $400 total with this business. Yes they were welcoming and nice however if i showed them a picture and they knew they didn't do braids the way i showed they could've easily stated that. they offered to redo them today and then once i got here said come tomorrow although i already have a full schedule. she said they were not wrong so she didn't feel that it was fair to do a refund.
