We have been waiting for a quote for over 5 months. I called for some assistance and an update, for the 15th time, and I asked if someone else besides Chad could assist us. Perhaps he was to busy. I get a phone call from the office letting us they are too busy to help us in a timely manner. No kidding! 5 months. We were soooo patient! And then Chad doesn't have the courtesy to call us, but has someone else in the office refer us to a different company! We could have saved 5 months and called another company earlier!
