As an adult who has rented numerous places, my experience with Sagstetters Properties was particularly disappointing. From the moment I heard “Sagstetters Properties, this is Roxy,” I sensed a negative vibe. Deceptive rude owners renting cheap apartments. I lived there many years ago and never left a poor review because it cost me almost a third less than I was paying down the block and I could walk to school. The negative reviews are accurate. The owners are rude and don’t want to fix anything because the rent is so cheap. My neighbor, Father James Burns, was related to the owner so he didn’t have to pay rent.
