I called to ask about a price on a vehicle safety check and the person who answered the phone was very rude. He said angrily “You know what I don’t give estimates over the phone!”. I didn’t deserve the attitude as I did not know it was not standard practice. I only asked a question, that did not require rudeness at all. Maybe you’re busy backed up whatever but customer service is customer service. No need to be uncouth.
