Adante is supposed to be one of the best places in San Antonio but it’s not. Staff doesn’t care about residents. Call lights don’t get answered for a long time where state law is 3-5 minutes. Staff does not help each other. The dining room is horrible. It takes over 30 minutes for food and drinks and most of the time the food is cold when it’s served. Wait staff takes their sweet time to take orders and to deliver the food. They rather stand around and talk. Speaking to head guy (director) doesn’t help because nothing change... read more
The heat has been out in everyone’s apartments for 10 hours. No generators except for common areas. Emergency lighting out. Absolutely irresponsible corporation.
Statesman Club gets a low review because the mold in the walls and vents haven’t been removed which has caused me to becomes very I’ll. Also I have been without air conditioning since last spring. I’m still getting excuses for it not getting fixed.
