Unprofessional management, to the point that they're actually doing a disservice to the children in their care. They treat their employees horribly, and make false promises about wages and benefits. They don’t care about the children or front line staff. A horrible place to work, and a horrible thing that they’re doing to the youth they ‘serve’.
If you are looking to work for Sagkeeng please run the other way. Very unprofessional agency that only cares about themselves and no support for the kids, foster parent and staff. I was transferred to a new house without noticed etc. Sagkeeng took over our foster house that I was employed from Nov 2023.
