Friendly staff and Jess Belill is a great NP!
Dr. Wagner and her staff take time to listen and TRULY care about their patients. I've always had a wonderful experience and the best care. I've recommend them to multiple friends looking for a good primary care physician.
Beware this is a health care company in name only - my wife who has had years of care through them has suddenly not allowed to make an appointment as she has United Health care as a secondary insurance - she has Medicare part b so apparently Saginaw valley Primary Care and Covenant no longer carry Medicare part B - Time to find a new hospital system
Dr. Wagner and her P.A.'s give the best possible care there is, they and their crew are very competent the office is clean and they are up to date with the latest technology, I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes before I see the doctor (they may look busy when you come in but they share the waiting room with MedExpress). I had come from a different doctor which I liked alot but was forced out because of an insurance change, SVPC and Dr. Wagner went a long way to ease my discomfort with a new doctor. I used to have a primary care physician at this facility, when that doctor decided to leave or gtt fired, this clinic did not make any attempt at notifying the patients of that doctor. when i did find out was when i took time off work to be seen and was then told that dr was no longer with the clinic and they would be happy to schedule me an appointment for a new patient exam with a different dr at the clinic, 6 MONTHS OUT. will never go to this clinic again.
