Lived here for nearly 3 years, it was a very pleasant place to be- especially for couples or a small family. The neighborhood is safely nestled by Saginaw Valley State University, a Family owned apple Orchard & near all your necessities on Tittabawassee Road. The best part for us was our community manager, Tracey. She is so helpful, strong on the rules around the neighborhood & friendly with anything you'd speak with her about she would take care of it. Rude management!!! I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! THEY WILL USE YOU AND TREAT YOU DISRESPECTFULLY. THEY PROMISE THEY WILL FIX THINGS FOR YOU AND THEY DONT END UO FIXING THEM… THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE WELLBEING. ESPECIALLY THE COMMUNITY MANAGER
Looked at a home the other day and fell in love! Wanted it so bad! They ask for way too much, for a trailer home. Then, 2 days later they say they actually are focusing on sales and that the rent is being raised to over 1300 when 2 days ago, when I toured the home- I was told it was 1100. Ridiculous. I will not recommend this horrid company to anyone.
They expect perfection from their tenants: pay on time, follow every rule, leave no trace, but can’t even be bothered to fix the basic crap that’s THEIR responsibility. Someone clearly put the flooring down wrong before we moved in, and now it’s bubbling up. I’ve tripped over it at least FIVE times today. Not even exaggerating. One day it’s going to seriously hurt someone and I guarantee they’ll still act shocked and do nothing. 🙃 and if I do fall to my death or severely get injured im gonna be pissed. Corporate is a pain to deal with. Made my husband and I decide to not want to go through and get a lease. Danielle is super friendly and helpful along with all of the office staff however, the corporate side of things is not worth it.
