This review is for Debbie, the office manager. I received a bill on 7/27, due in August. I had an appointment with Dr. Tesoro the following day. When I went to the checkout window,Debbie said very loudly “you have a balance and said my balance out loud while patients were in the waiting room and the check in window was open. I told her I just received my bill yesterday and she basically called me a liar. I told her I would like to set up a payment plan and she said rudely “we expect to be paid”.
