Home of the most painful blood draw I've ever experienced! Wasted a year at this place because I didn't want to judge too quickly, maybe it was an off day... First off, your medical records/history, they don't have access to them, those 5, 10, 15 years of tests, x-rays, and MRIs aren't accessible to them. My first appointment was held in a COVID TESTING TRIAGE, complete with sick patients. It should actually be illegal to operate such an incompetent practice for any condition, let alone something as complicated as a rheumatological condition. The office staff are incapable of relaying messages to the doctor or NP (I was told today that they simply don't get voicemails so it's not their fault for not returning my call lmao), the doctors don't let you speak for more than 5 consecutive seconds on a *good* day, and my rheumatologist seems to have forgotten that she confirmed my diagnosis at least three times. This place is a joke. I first seen Rodney. He was very pleasant to talk with. He ordered a bunch of lab work and x-rays. My next visit was with the NP she was supposed to go over my test results. That didn’t happen because she was not able to locate the results. You would think they would have this information before you come into the office. So she ordered more blood work and X-rays.
