Terrible place, I liked it at first, but progressively everything got so bad. From non communication to not honoring privacy policies, to STRAIGHT UP being lied too. Avoided this place at all costs, it will make your mental health 10X worse, but better.
Very poor first impression after simply trying to schedule my first appointment. My spouse has an Employee Assistance Program through Ulliance that offers therapy as a benefit with this facility being marked as "in network" and accessible. After speaking with someone through the program, they found this facility for me to try out and they even reached out and tried setting up my first appointment. renata is the best therapist I could ever ask for!!
Therapists can't remember to keep appointments. I asked to speak to supervisor and was ignored. I will not deal with irresponsible adults who waste my time.
Love my Dr., he has really helped me, it's like talking to an old friend.
