Very poor first impression after simply trying to schedule my first appointment. My spouse has an Employee Assistance Program through Ulliance that offers therapy as a benefit with this facility being marked as "in network" and accessible. After speaking with someone through the program, they found this facility for me to try out and they even reached out and tried setting up my first appointment. Therapists can't remember to keep appointments. I asked to speak to supervisor and was ignored. I will not deal with irresponsible adults who waste my time.
Love my Dr., he has really helped me, it's like talking to an old friend.
The staff is highly qualified and friendly. They were able to provide a specific evaluation I hadn’t been able to receive anywhere else. I am also treated with respect, which I haven’t always received at other places. Therapy related yoga and art classes have been offered, as well as DBT and EMDR. I find myself in very good hands here.
