Hit or miss with unloading. One time got unloaded within 30 minutes next well over an hr! Four trucks just sitting here while the forklift people ride around moving steel from one area to the next. Not much consideration for drivers with time restrictions.

Delivery in 30 minutes
Entrance would have a shipping and receiving sign. Once in the lot park beside the empty trailers and walk to the shipping and receiving office. Make sure to have hard hat and safety vest at all times in the property. They have two porta potty beside the building. No overnight parking‼️
Good location Receiving 6AM to 1PM no overnight parking. In and out in 1 hour delivered steel tubes.
