6 hours to load. Everytime I walk in the office it’s a different story. They are loading it, they haven’t u loaded it, they are getting the material together and again they are loading it now. The office workers act as if you are bothering them if you ask a simple question. They won’t let you speak to a manager or supervisor if you ask.
Slow and rude!!!
Hit or miss with unloading. One time got unloaded within 30 minutes next well over an hr! Four trucks just sitting here while the forklift people ride around moving steel from one area to the next. Not much consideration for drivers with time restrictions.
Jason Whatley is a stand up salesmen. Great guy to work with.
