Very rude and unprofessional
2024 Edit: I went to the garage today because I was told to have my brake fluid checked when I got my oil changed. I asked Tony to look at it. He flew off the handle, yelling about how people get screwed by professionals and he has to take care of it. He haphazardly filled some fluids while ranting. I made the mistake of cleaning out the debris that was under my hood and that enraged him even more. He started yelling about how he had to clean this up because it blows into the garage.
