They deactivated their on line payment in their effort to make their webpage more presentable and attract more customers and they don't give a rat's tail for existing one. Did I mention that now you can only pay using a check or by phone (they accept ONLY TWO CARDS)? This company goes from bad to worse.
The worst company I have ever been employed with. The New Business department is extremely toxic. I tried to speak my concerns to the Supervisor Barb Knaggs but she didn't believe me stating she needed proof and made excuses for the team lead Kelli's nastiness and maltreatment of certain people in the department. Kelli has made racist statements about Dodridge Miller CEO to which another coworker heard but I'm sure she would never admit it since she's one of Barb's favs. Kelli has also referred to people of color as n***ers ... read more
