I am deeply disappointed to write this because I had read so many outstanding reviews from this place. I had scheduled an appointment at the Fredericksburg location at 107 Kenmore Ave. Suite 110. When I arrived for my confirmed appointment, the suite was locked, the lights were completely off, and no one was inside. They were a no show for a 12pm massage appointment that I made for my Dad for Father’s Day. My Mom is wheelchair bound and needs care and supervision so we had to make plans in order for him to go to this massage, which he so deeply needs and is deserving of. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism from Sageworks. You should be ashamed.
Canceled less than 2 hours before our appointment for a couple massage that was booked online nearly 2 weeks prior. Was told they couldn’t gain access to the building, then and was called back again stating they don’t offer couples massage. We were only in town for a night so we couldn’t reschedule or gain access. Oriental Massage Spa got us in same day for a couples massage.
