This business is getting one star. The massages are good, but the business practice is a bit predatory. You have to have separate accounts for anyone else in your household… I wanted to let my wife go in my place, but they would not accept that. When you go you end up signing up for a membership that ends up being a minimum of two months before they will cancel it and the payments come out automatically.
Awesome experience. My therapist listened to my concerns and handled them appropriately.
The massage itself was alright i came out feeling relaxed aside from being asked what my problem areas were being my shoulders and lower back i didn’t feel any extra attention was spend on those areas, in addition i was signed up for a month subscription that i didn’t agree to and was charged monthly for services I didn’t receive nor was i notified in anyway to schedule any appointments. So just be specific that you’re scheduling a one time appointment at your initial visit.
Fantastic Massage with Erica! My first massage was with Renelle and I absolutely loved her…top-notch so when I went to schedule my second massage, I certainly asked for her, Since she was out for a bit, I scheduled with Erica, Another top-notch massage from head to toe. I will be scheduling my next appointment with her!
Very rude . Terrible customer service not welcoming . Yes you did speak to me . As soon as I walked in the woman was very rude. The first thing she said "is why are you even here? " When I said" oh I am here for a massage and what types of massage do you have ?" The lady said oh well I am book. I am the only one here .This is what the woman should've said of "hi how are you ?
