I am only giving this place a star because I can't warn people about them without it. I had my mom in the waiting room in the emergency department for 3 hours. Someone came out and took her vitals, IN THE WAITING ROOM. They charged her over $500 to sit... IN THE WAITING ROOM for 3 hours. She was having a severe allergic reaction after a surgery 2 days prior. Don't go to the Riverton location. Skip it, go to Casper, it's closer than 3 hours, or Lander if you really must...
My son was admitted to the med-surg floor through the ER with surgical complications from another facility. From the moment he entered the door in the ER, our care was absolutely excellent. The hospitalist was extraordinarily caring and thoughtful about his wellbeing, the nursing staff were all fantastic and took care of his every need, and the house supervisor was able to get us transferred to another facility for us very smoothly. I can’t thank all of them enough for taking such good care of him!!!
Everyone there was kind and very helpful. Didn't have to wait for my appointment, and I was very pleased with how everything went.
Very helpful friendly and caring.
