I went in hurt came out hurt worse. A world of differences in other hospitals. I hope next time I have enough money to go to Riverton or even Casper. But when it is urgent you have no choice. Not my first choice. Some of the medical professionals need to understand privacy and some need to understand compassion. I wish they take a good look at their operational procedures. Because of my interests and being a bit clumsy, I have visited the Lander ER a number of times. In this case, I had a big laceration on a middle finger. The nurses and attending ER doc were excellent, as usual. They decided not to stitch it, because it looked like the wound was more of a flap. Turns out it could have been stitched, but it healed up just fine. I have complete faith in the care offered by Sage West Lander.
The emergency room staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency, providing courteous and attentive care. My experience was characterized by a swift and effective process.
