Great teamwork!
The cleanliness is excellent, the employees are friendly and helpful. I only has to wait for 10 minutes before I was called in for my appointment. The was one snag but was quickly solved when the X-Ray machine was not able to go low enough, was solved with the intelligence and professionalism of the technicians. Thank you for providing me with a safe and secure experience.
Had to been one of the worst experiences I’ve Had at an ER. The nursing staff was just straight up RUDE. It felt like I was an institution. They left me shivering and cold in the room for several hours without even a blanket. Huh?! It’s Winter in Lander Wyoming. It’s only 30° today. I had my heavy fleece and my Flannel and a shirt on, and I was literally freezing. Seemed to me that most people were just sitting around doing nothing. Literally on their phones. The staff in pre-op were superb. Caring, kind, and knowledgeable people. The night nurses were especially good. Very compassionate and attentive. The Physical and Occupational Therapists get the highest score. They were personable, very knowledgeable, and patient. I hated the fact I was not able to control the light level in my room. The way the bed was positioned it was impossible to reach the controls or to be able to see out the window. Overall my experience was positive
