This company is replacing pipes in our apartment and I want to commend them for their clear communication, solid and quick work, and overall professionalism. They are working on our community to replace the risers for the AC units. These people are the most disorganized individuals. The turned off the AC for a project that was supposed to take 2 weeks has turned into one month. Instead of completing one thing at a time, they are bouncing around the place and not getting things finished. The PM, Tyler, doesn't seem to have a good grasp on the project and just says that things are behind. Highly recommend to stay away from this company. hence all the bad reviews here. I'm in Cincinnati Ohio! Sage water was here in our apartment well over 7 business days... Didn't touch our apartment for 3 days!! It was completely insane! WITHIUT PERMISSION THEY TOUCHED MINE AND MINE HUSBANDS STUFF!! EVEN OUR DINNING ROOM TABLE THAT WAS NOT IN THE WAY WHATSOEVER!! THE PEOPLE WORKING DO NOT SPEAK A LICK OF ENGLISH!
