This locally owned small business is great! A lot of gyms, especially CrossFit gyms tend to make me feel judged for not being in the Superman type shape. Everyone here is very supportive of everyone else’s goals and where they are at with their fitness level. It was a pleasant surprise

Doesn’t obey no soliciting signs. Don’t leave your door hanger advertising crap on peoples doors with no soliciting signs posted. Be respectful of peoples property!!!

When I was looking for a new gym, the coaches at Carbon Valley CrossFit were immediately welcoming and made me feel right at home. I really appreciate their expertise and the way they ensure everyone is using correct form when performing lifts — safety and technique are clearly a priority. Love this gym! They are super welcoming, with quick intros at the start of each class. I appreciate that beginner level instruction/ scaling is always part of class for those of us that need it. The included 24 access is great, I’ve been able to go when I can fit it into my schedule and work on stuff on my own. CrossFit might not seem like it’s for everyone, but at this gym it really is.
