Owners wife too lazy to change recording when she isn't going to come to work until afternoon. So you keep getting the recording telling you they open at 9. My truck wouldn't pass until I drove more miles. My husband died from COVID x few months earlier. I wasn't used to taking care of vehicles yet. I called back like she told me and and she was going to schedule me in 4 weeks. I have no sticker on window and have paid them. But must have upset her. Very unprofessional.

Horrible. He needs a new person on phone this one is his wife. Doesn't answer, has you leave messages that she doesn't return. I had an appointment for my truck. My husband recently passed from the COVID. I had the check engine light come on so unhooked battery. I must not have driven long enough because I was told to put more miles on and call back for another appointment. I did after checking it with Auto zone.
