Financial advisor CFP Billie C. Cook told me "can't help you" on the phone when I requested help to stop the accts losses this year 5/6/22. He even wrote me an e-mail he is stopping services to me with no referrals 5/9/22. Sage Point Phoenix was contacted by me 5/9/22 and a letter mailed 6/1/22, no follow up from headquarters until I file a complaint with securities. My statement lists their client services as "Your Financial Professional" I called and all they could do for me was give me my acct. balance. No help at all.
Sage Point and their representative Tom Whitlock have ruined my family financially. The deceit, hiding of facts, not following through with the clients wishes, giving money to the wrong person. So far Sage Point mistakes has cost my family $50.000 and we haven't been to court yet. They prey on the elderly, please lead your elderly loved ones away from these frauds.
