We have been a working with Mike at Sagent Builders’s for the past 10yrs. His attention to detail /holding a schedule/planning and craftsmanship is uncompromising.
After using Sagent Builders 3 times, we would absolutely use Sagent again. Michael and Rick have been very thorough and clean, always getting the best sub-contractors when necessary. Mike also made some extremely helpful suggestions. They did everything. He recognized and fixed additional problems unrelated to the projects, sometimes at no cost.
