When you tell your client that paid for mortgage insurance ( supposedly high risk, not balance protection ) to drop the price of the sale of their home, because the bank you work for screwed up the payments, you should accept the offer they have in place. It’s more honest than declining it, and then forcing them out, and taking the house off of the market, stealing their contents, and selling it to the bank’s associate for half the value.
