Shady and Unethical Business practices. I contracted with this company to provide a custom home plan. The company uses a 14 page contract to ensnare you into the services and billing trap. I sent several clear photos showing exactly the home design and style we were looking for only to receive work of substandard quality that did. It reflect in any way what we sent him. Sageland Design is a superior drafting company, as a contractor we work with a lot of plans, Sageland's plans are the best to work with. I will continue to recommend them to others on commercial or residential.
Knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Everything was fine until we paid his bill per sq .ft. before he was finished with the design. Thats all we got.
