I had my Samsung aircon repaired recently and was really impressed. The technician turned up exactly when he said he would and was friendly and approachable. He explained the problem clearly in simple terms so I could actually understand what was going on. He worked carefully, cleaned up afterwards, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily recommend them.

Their hopless installation of the split system "Samsung " airconditioner in my new townhouse in Somerville st.Doncaster was so bad Samsung denied the waranty and nobody could repair it. After 2 winters without heating, Ihad no choice but to have the system fully replaced with a Fujitsu system at a considerable cost. During the the transition it exposed crimped pipework that meant the Samsung unit was never going to work! Don't go near them as they don't do repairs only installs but they do crummy installs.
