can’t even get in for an appointment unless you exclusively know people that work here. You can’t book an appointment online and when you call and ask, they always say no they don’t have time or they’ll take your number and say they’ll call you back for an appointment but never call you back. Today I tried to call for a haircut and was told again they didn’t have time and took my number and name. This will be the third time I tried to either do a call or walk in and have never received a call back.

I was referred to get a spray tan here. I asked about pre spray instructions went to appt was not asked about color choice, how dark, how light. I was spray tanned. I paid 91.94 with spray a care kit and tip. Got an awful tan that I noticed later that night. My inner and outer upper arms not colored, my inner legs not sprayed. Sunday was Easter, I did not text Joy Lahman, who performed the spray tan During my spray she was teaching an advertised "Licensed Esthetician " how to do the spray tans. I live in Washington state and was in Centralia for a funeral. I had been having trouble with my hair because it was cut funny (with my Stylist in Washington) and I stopped by to see if Jessica could help me out. Well, she fixed it perfectly and I haven't had trouble with it since! She was personable and very sweet! She listened to the woes with my hair and knew exactly how to fix it! I couldn't be happier!!! Thank you Jessica, if I lived there, you would be my new Stylist!! :)
