Sunday, April 14th, 2013, my wife and I chose the Sagebrush BBQ in Vale, Oregon for dinner. We both ordered pork ribs. The ribs arrived to our table drowning in sauce. Immediately, I knew the sauce was hiding something and I was right. With the first bite of meat and I was tasting refridgeration! We inquired of the waitress and were told, "we freeze our ribs".
