Our family has been to Sagebrush twice this year. The home and location are spectacular. Local trails within a minutes drive take you up for amazing Vista views where you can thank God for visiting such a stunning location. Stargazing at night there is No light pollution and you can see the whole Milky Way Galaxy. The home has lots of parking and places for people to sleep. In August 2024, Our family had a big gathering for 4 days at the Lakehouse. There was plenty of room for all of us in this beautiful modern home. It was extremely clean and clearly well built. The views of Nikola lake from in the house and on the deck during the sunrise was breathtaking. The water was warm for and the kids and adults spent abundance of time relaxing in the sun.
