Impossible to get the front desk to answer phone or even call you back!! I spoke to someone not at the Reno office and they said they would put in an urgent message for a return phone call. No call yet! Not good patient care when the patient is trying to taper off steroids and needs to get ahold of provider!!!! They need a new front desk person!!!!
There is no doctor here. It is a nurse clinic. APRN Victoria Hughes arrived to our appointment late and wasn't aware my wife had bloodwork, despite it being available to us client side. She quickly skimmed through the bloodwork confused, making a range of wild guesses. My wife has a positive ANA, high titer, dense fine speckled pattern, suggests lupus or Sjogren's. Healthcare provider that over promises and under delivers even outright just failing to follow through on life sustaining healthcare services. Poor communication with clients/patients even simply ignoring the most basic needs in function and service for simple referrals in basic fax communications, medical records charting. Basic doctor services were good and reasonably reliable as to when available and as demonstrated medical assistant follow through when directed by in-house physicians. Front staff was great to work with on my visit. The provider spent a great deal of time with me - which is uncommon these days - to get a full health history and discuss the next steps in my treatment plan.
