MY SISTER HAS LIVED AT THE SAGEBRUSH APTS GOING ON 12 YEARS. SHE HAS A BEAUTIFUL APT AND WONDERFUL NEIGHBORS. IF AND WHEN SHE HAD A PROBLEM SHE WOULD CONTACT THE MANAGER AND IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. SHE SAID SHE WOULD NEVER MOVE FROM THERE BECAUSE ITS HOME TO HER. AND SHE WOULD BE THERE FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE. THANK YOU SAGEBRUSH APTS AND THE MANAGER.
I resided in these apartments for one year. I was very impressed with the on site management and the professionalism of the regional office. I never experienced any of the problems that the above poster mentions. The on site management always went out of her to ensure that my residency in the complex was comfortable. There were many times when management went above and beyond for me and other residents in the complex. NEVER LIVE THERE!!! The manager walks in without knocking, schedules for the carpets to be cleaned without asking you (its a problem for us because my husband and son are breathing problems) and makes you pay for them. She constantly threatens to evict you if you have one problem that you come to her with (we told her our fan's motor broke and next thing we knew we had several threats to be evicted) Just find someplace else!
