One of the worst homeownership experiences I’ve ever had. This was our first home, and we were excited — until we realized what kind of builder Castle Rock really is. Before we even moved in, our kitchen already had a water leak that damaged the cabinets. We filed a warranty claim, and while they fixed the pipe, it took them over a month to come back and repair the cabinets. Even worse — they didn’t treat the mold. I’m disappointed with my experience in this community. From the beginning, communication has been inconsistent, and several things that were promised during the purchasing process have still not been delivered. I’ve followed up multiple times with little to no resolution. If I could do it over again, I would not choose to purchase in this community. I hope others have a better experience, but I personally cannot recommend it based on how things have gone so far.
Our experience working with Castlerock and Annetta Madrey has been seamless from start to finish. Annetta has been professional and informative throughout the whole process. Always there to answer any questions we had. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service.
Annetta at CastleRock has been a true joy and a pleasure to work with! She was kind, knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions. She made the process of acquiring our first ever home so seamless and we were so glad to have worked with her. My wife and I bought our dream home in Sagebrook and our experience has been great from start to finish. We look forward to our new journey in Argyle!
