My sister and I visited yesterday for a first time salt room experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it! It helped my sister's congestion and I enjoyed wonderful sleep last night! The center, which is very clean and decorated to exude calm, offers a lot of other wellness services, too!
Sage is a complete wellness center that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. Every staff member is friendly and accommodating. I’ve tried many of their services and loved them all...Yoga, massage, Reiki, Bemer vascular therapy, acupuncture, Halotherapy in the Himalayan salt room...you can’t go wrong. Go check them out!

Had THE BEST night this evening at Sage. Wesley with a 1/2hr massage followed by an hour of Buti Yoga with Brittany was exactly what this mama needed. Thank you! I’ll be back for sure.

I have gone to the salt room twice now and did a fierce and feminine yoga/belly dancing class and I had a blast! The salt room is so relaxing and the class was a ton of fun!
