T. Helen Sage is an incredible healer who is really tuned into her clients. She is very approachable and real. My first experience at her studio was her transformational full moon sound bath. The session was full, which speaks to her status as an essential healer in the community. I left the class refreshed and recentered. Next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely be back for yoga or massage therapy. Thank you, Helen! 🙏
Helen is one of the most genuine and kind souls I’ve met. I thought a massage and aura healing would be a nice reset. What I found was so much more - Helen and I continued to work together (even from a distance), and she helped me find myself again and heal. I’m eternally grateful and highly recommend her!
