A word of warning: This is a long review. The bottom line is that Sage Title went above and beyond in their efforts to support us in an exceptional situation. Highly recommended. We had a happy ending to an unfortunate situation, thanks to Sage. Here is what happened: We closed on a condo with an attached parking space in Fells Point in May 2022, with Sage Title Group handling the title and recording. We paid all property taxes as billed without any indication of something wrong. In August 2025, we unexpectedly discovered a delinquent tax bill for the parking space.
