Kevin Kistler is generous with his professional knowledge and has truly dedicated himself to the practice. On top of it all, he's a genuinely nice person.
I would not recommend using this title company while purchasing a home. After closing, they did not submit funds for my home insurance or home warranty. My insurance company contacted me 3 weeks after closing saying they never received payment. The warranty was not paid for until I emailed the title company and builders about an update 30 days later. They also did not conduct the transfer of ownership for the water (even after I asked for an update). They basically do nothing.
