All I can say is that one of the stylists who used to do my hair, now moved to this salon, used 40 volume on my hair, causing a lot of damage, and it became very frizzy and weak. (For perspective, current stylist uses 20 volume which does the trick and it's made a huge difference in my hair's health.) It took YEARS of nursing my hair back to health, post this stylist, so be aware.
