Super disappointed in my service. I spent over $200 on my hair and the results were nothing like I had hoped. I can’t say it was all her fault but when I found a new stylist who corrected the color, she informed me that I should’ve been told that attempting highlights on hair with permanent black dye on it is never a good idea and can cause less than satisfactory results & hair damage. All I can say is that one of the stylists who used to do my hair, now moved to this salon, used 40 volume on my hair, causing a lot of damage, and it became very frizzy and weak. (For perspective, current stylist uses 20 volume which does the trick and it's made a huge difference in my hair's health.) It took YEARS of nursing my hair back to health, post this stylist, so be aware.
