Sage was such a huge help in life postpartum. She offered treatments in my home, and was such a steady, kind and skillful presence when I was at my most vulnerable. Highly recommend!
Sage has a considered, holistic, gentle approach. I usually don’t like acupuncture because in the past with other practitioners I’ve found the needles hurt, but she’s so gentle I don’t even notice her putting them in a lot of the time. I’m only a couple of weeks in with seeing her and I’m already feeling more centered, have more energy and more balanced in general. She’s non judgmental and feels safe to talk to. Her offices are clean, calm and soothing too. Highly recommend.

Sage has been incredibly supportive during my pregnancy and fertility journey the last several years. Not only has she provided excellent tailored care, she’s been a sounding board helping me navigate fertility tests, treatments, and how to prepare my body along the way. I can’t thank her or recommend her enough!
Sage is such a knowledgeable and skilled provider. She holds space so beautifully and really takes time to talk and listen to you. She even reviewed my bloodwork with me. I started going to Sage postpartum and I only wish I had found her sooner. She helped me with regulating my menstrual cycles and anxiety. She is weight neutral and is just so helpful. Also she recommends great herbs that are nourishing and helped me reach my goals.
