I booked an 80 minute deep tissue couples massage for me and my wife for her birthday this year. The facility was excellent with hot tubs and steam rooms in each men’s/women’s locker areas and has a great ‘relaxation room’ before you enter your massage. With that said, the masseuse my wife received provided a non-relaxing and ‘rushed’ massage which was anything but deep tissue. It may work as a resort gym, but for their "club members" it's a racket. Very expensive to just have to fight with conference attendees or resort visitors for access to any of the gym machines. Locker room means having to deal with some 15 year old kid leaving his underwear on the floor. Locker room and gym was frequently understocked and steam room down for maintenance for unknown periods of time. Great services and gym facilities.
We are enjoying the local specials and a stay vacation in Sunriver. While enjoying the cove pool and the slide the lifeguard, Dallas (who only watches the the slide pool) bolts over to the lazy river and jumps in to save a baby who fell in. Amazing reflexes and a great personality helping our kids. Good job with Dallas, Sunriver!
I’m only reviewing the weight lifting facility, which was pretty sparse. Maybe 15 machines, a smith machine, and some free weights. You can for sure get a good workout with just that, but the other problem was the lights were SO dim! Hard to get in the workout mindset, to be sure.
