I wanted to support black owned business, which is why I scheduled an appointment. I will not be going back! A regular manicure and pedicure should not take 2.5 hours. I did not want gel but had to do gel because ALL of their regular nail polishes were old and separating. I had to tell the nail tech, Alexa, that the regular nail polish on my fingers didn’t look good, a bunch of bubbles and lumps. She kept taking it off and reapplying. I have the most amazing experience at Sage Spa FTL! From the moment I walk in, I am greeted warmly by staff, and the atmosphere is always relaxing and welcoming. My lash tech, Shaquilla, is incredibly talented and truly knows how to make your lashes look flawless!
