I very rarely write reviews, but sometimes it seems necessary. Anyone using Sage should do so with their eyes wide open. When Sage quotes a repair, they will not provide the cost of parts. Instead, they lump the cost of parts in with labor costs for one grand total, and that's all the customer gets to see. The result is a less than transparent quote that's impossible to accurately assess. They quoted me $335 for a repair and wouldn't tell me how much the part was when I asked.
