Thanh was a pleasure to work with and got our fireplace and gas logs looking great! He diagnosed an underlying problem with our old hardware and we're looking forward to having him back and to be up and running this winter.
Thanh came by right on time (even early) and did a great job replacing our fireplace pilot light unit. He cleaned up the entire fireplace, cleaned the glass, and replaced the rock wool. Thanh was also polite and professional.
Don’t expect accurate quotes from Sage Solutions. They get two stars for completing the work ok but I was taken advantage of in the billing process. After a half hour visit to determine my irrigation manifold needed to be replaced I was told the service visit fee would be waived if I signed up for 6 hour job to replace my 5 valve manifold. I liked the technician and signed the quotes despite my reservations of it being high to save the service visit fee. Thanh came by to inspect my gas fireplace prior to my home sale. They were quick, easy to work with and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend them for your fireplace repair!
