I had a wonderfully relaxing experience. She explained everything that she was doing, and why. This was my first visit and I will definitely return.
The custom facial was incredibly personalized and relaxing - highly recommend!
Made an appointment and showed up on time to find the place locked and no one answering the phone. This after the big deal they made about no shows. Absolutely terrible customer service! Edit: Appointment was made by someone on my behalf. There is a reason I posted a pic of your front door to ensure you know I was at the right place!! Also that your place was closed for repairs is an absolute lie, added a snapshot of your confirmation text to prove that this business owner is unethical too!!
